Episode 50 Part 2: Exploring Real-Life Musician Disappearances with Nathan D. Duvall, Inspired by Jeff Jackson’s Novel ‘Mira Corpora’

In Episode 50 Part 2, Nathan D. Duvall and this semester’s Rock is Lit intern, Cador Jones, join me to talk about actual musicians who, like the rockstar in Jeff Jackson’s novel ‘Mira Corpora’ (EP50 Part 1), mysteriously disappeared.

Nathan D. Duvall

Nathan D. Duvall is a drummer, music producer, and music publisher who for a brief period was one of the top music supervisors working the advert campaigns for ‘The Lord Of The Rings’ Trilogy, ‘Harry Potter’, and ‘Kill Bill’. He helped launch Halo and Call of Duty before focusing his efforts on independent music publishing. His biggest productions are “Requiem For A Tower” from ‘Lord of The Rings The Two Towers’ and a cover of Led Zeppelin’s song “Kashmir” with the London Studio Orchestra and Damian Marley.

Nathan now produces Lucid, a music and conversation program airing Mondays 2-4 PM EST on 103.3 Asheville FM in Asheville, NC. He also edits these episodes down to a music and conversation podcast on Spotify called Lucid Pilot.
